Google announces its New Nexus 7

Google and officially has announced its New Nexus 7 Android tablet.

The New Google Nexus 7 is made by ASUS and features a 7-inch 1,920x1,200 display (323ppi), 1.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm S4 Pro processor, Adreno 320 GPU, 2GB of RAM, 5-megapixel camera on the back, 1.2-megapixel front-facer, LTE (optional, that will work on AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon's 4G networks), Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, HDMI output, wireless charging, dual stereo speakers and Fraunhofer surround technology for better audio, battery that will provide 9 hours of HD video playback and 10 hours of web browsing and it's the first device running Android 4.3 Jelly Bean out of the box.It's 1.8mm slimmer (measuring 7.6mm) and almost 50 grams lighter than the original Nexus and with narrower bezel (only 2.75 mm from each side).

The 16 GB WiFi only version is priced at $229.99, while the 32GB WiFi only version will cost you $269.99. There is also a 32GB LTE model that will cost $349.99.

 Both WiFi only versions will be available online from the Google Play store and retail stores like Best Buy, Staples, Walmart, Amazon (and many more) starting July 30, while the LTE variant will hit the stores in the coming weeks. The best thing is that the new Nexus 7 will be available from day one not only in the US but also in the UK, Germany, France, Japan, Canada, Australia, South Korea and Spain.
